摘要
我国有专门的德育课程,有专设的德育机构,还有专管德育的各层次的负责人,但学生的道德状况仍然存在严重的问题,可谓"有为难治";美国的学校没有"德育"概念,不承认有"德育"工作,可是学生的文明素质却比我们要好,可谓"无为而治"。由此而见,我们的德育必须做深入性的思考和根本性的改革。
In China schools have moral courses, specialized offices, and principals, masters, teachers, but the students have serious moral problems. We can say 'We had done in vain.' In America, schools do not have the 'Moral' concept, but students' spiritual civilization is better than ours. We can say 'Do nothing effective'. In this article I analyzed the moral content, the management system and roots, and put forward many principles, policies and proposals. I wanted to solve the puzzles and difficult problems of the present moral education, and explore new methods.
