The SKYPER driver concept constitutes a flexible and expandable interface between different IGBT modules and the controller with focus on the basic function of an IGBT gate driver and the possibility to control the IGBT with very few base signals.This fits to the demand of inverter developer who want to use a simple gate driver solutions in their system.
