摘要
目的 探讨中风与头痛的关系以及头痛的中药治疗。方法 回顾分析中风相关头痛的发生率、特征、易患因素及中药治疗中风相关头痛的疗效。结果 年龄、性别、偏头痛史与中风引起头痛有关 (RR1.68,95 %CI1.0 8～ 1.2 3 ,P =0 .0 2 ) ,且椎 -基底动脉区中风较易出现相关头痛 (P <0 .0 1) ;中药治疗组和常规治疗组两组疗效比较有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 三叉神经和颈神经共同参与头痛的发生机制 ,中药治疗中风相关性头痛疗效明显。
Objective To explore relationship between stroke and headache as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment to headach.Methods To research outbreak rate,feature ,susceptible factor of headache associated with stroke and curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine for headack.Results Age,sex and story of migraine associateted with stroke(RR 1.68,95%CI 1.08～1.23,P=0.02).Headache in vertebrobasilar stroke is common(P<0.01).Conclusion Trigeminal nerve and neck nerve take part in mechanism of headache.Traditional Chinese Medicine has good curativr effect for stroke associated headache.
