摘要 根据高频磁场利于感应加热、低频磁场利于熔体成形的特点,针对不锈钢(1Cr18Ni9Ti)密度大、熔点高和约束成形的熔体高度低等成形困难的特点,提出了利用低频磁场约束成形、高频磁场在不影响成形磁场的条件下辅助加热的不锈钢双频电磁约束成形方法,以便温度场和成形力场的最佳耦合.通过实验和理论分析,设计了不锈钢双频电磁约束成形的成形感应器和预热感应器,并确定了感应器间的距离和屏蔽罩的放置方式,研究了预热感应器对温度场的影响规律,从而建立了不锈钢的双频电磁约束成形系统.在对熔体的稳定成形分析的基础上,利用双频电磁成形系统成功抽拉出圆形不锈钢样件. According to higher frequency magnetic field preferring to heat, lower frequency magnetic field preferring to shape, a new dual frequency EMCS (electromagnetic confinement and shaping) process was proposed in order to attain good coupling of temperature field and electromagnetic force. To optimize the coupling of magnetic field and temperature field, the method uses lower frequency current to produce shaping magnetic field and uses higher frequency current assistantly heating metal to modify temperature field. Shaping inductor and heating inductor are designed, distance between two inductors is experimentally determined, and location of screen is also analyzed. On the other hand, effects of heating inductor on shaping temperature field were investigated. Stability of EMCS process was investigated. On the basis of the study, several samples were produced by this method.
