摘要
通过对各种技术改造方案进行比较分析 ,将 2台 75t/h循环流化床 (CFB)锅炉增压风机的运行方式进行优化改造 ,90kW增压风机由长期恒速运行转变为联锁备用自投状态 ,大大降低了厂用电耗 ,取得了良好的经济效果。
Through comparative analyzing of various kinds of technological reconstruction schemes, the operational mode of two 75t/h circulating fluidized Bed (CFB) boiler pressurized-fan is optimal transformed. From running constant-speed, the 90kW pressurized-fan is transformed into interlocking standby-heat and automatic start if necessary. The auxiliary power consumptions have been reduced greatly, and the good economic effects have been obtained.
