摘要
目的:探讨修复多个手指掌侧深度烧伤创面的理想方法。方法:1999年1月～2003年12月,采用腹部联合薄皮瓣延迟修复的方法,治疗2个以上手指掌侧深度烧伤患者7例19指。结果:移植皮瓣和皮片均100%成活,伤口Ⅰ期愈合。除1指因深浅屈肌腱均损伤,屈曲功能障碍外,其余18指功能完全恢复,手指外形良好,基本达到了美学要求。结论:腹部联合薄皮瓣延迟修复术是修复多个手指掌侧深度烧伤创面的良好方法。
Objective To study the ideal repair method of the deep burned wounds on the palmar surface of the multiple fingers. Methods Since January, 1999 to December,2003, the combined abdominal thin skin flaps had been designed to delayed repair nineteen deep burned wounds on the palmar surface of seven fingers. Results The survival rate of skin flaps and skin grafts were 100%,and the wounds healed on the first stage.Except for one finger, which deep and superficial flexor tendon were injured and flexion function was disturbed,the functions of the other fingers totally recovered,and the appearance was very good,which was up to the cosmetic standard. Conclusion It is a good method to repair deep burned wounds on the palmar surface of the multiple fingers with the combined abdominal thin skin flaps.
