摘要
目的:观察MedliteⅡ美肤激光治疗仪对雀斑的治疗效果。方法:选择532nm脉冲输出,根据面积大小,密度稀疏,选择不同的技术参数,对156例患者进行治疗。结果:156例患者中,应用532nm脉冲治疗1～3次后,显效138例,有效11例,总有效率达95.5%。其中38例患者治疗后出现程度不等的继发性色素沉着反应,无1例瘢痕形成。结论:MedliteⅡ美肤激光治疗仪治疗雀斑临床效果可靠。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of MedliteⅡsolid laser and advanced Q-switched technique in patients with freckles. Methods 532nm pulse, and different technical parameters were selected according to lesion diamantes and density in 156 patients with freckles. Results After 1~3 times treatment with 532nm pulsy, 138 cases were satisfactory with the treatment; 11 cases showed obvious effect. The total effect was 95.5%. None of cases formed scar. Conclusion Satisfactory results are obtained in patients with freckles treated with MedliteⅡ.
