摘要
结合我国水情测报技术的发展史,针对我国水情自动测报系统建设在各个阶段的不同情况,分析和研究我国水库洪水调度系统水情遥测及报汛的运行机制和关键技术,并对遥测终端技术及功能要求作了重点研究.
Combing the history of development for the hydrological telemetry technology,and aimming at different facts in every stage of developing the automatic hydrological telemetry system in China,the paper focus on the studies of RTU and its functions. Also,the paper analyzes the operational mechanism and key techniques of floods regulations system for reservoirs in China.
