摘要
本文通过查阅大量有关网络信息安全和网络立法的资料,对网络信息安全进行介绍分析,来强调现代网络信息社会中制定网络立法的重要性,并对我国网络立法方面的状况进行了分析,而且提出了几点建议。
This text passes to check the relevant network information safety in large quantity with the legislative data in network,proceeding to the network information safety the introduction analyze,emphasize the modern network information the society that establish the importance of the network lawmaking inside,and to our country the condition of the network lawmaking proceeded the analysis, and put forward what time suggestion.
