摘要
随着我国金融业的对外开放,实现可持续发展是摆在国内商业银行面前的一个重要课题,也是中国商业银行在竞争中完善自我的必然选择。文章立足金融业不断对外开放的国际和国内现实,通过对我国商业银行的经营机制与管理制度的分析,提出了以人为本、民主理行,依法治行、规范建行,知识立行、科技兴行的可持续发展战略与思路。
With China's banking industry opening to the outside world, to realize sustainable development becomes a significant task as well as an inevitable choice for China's commercial banks. Based on an analysis of the operation mechanism and management system of the Commercial banks, the essay proposes the strategy of the sustainable development.
