摘要
以硫酸钛水溶液为前驱物,尿素为沉淀剂,本文采用了一种新的方法—水热系统快速膨胀法制备了纳米TiO2粉体,利用XRD、TEM等测试手段研究了硫酸钛浓度、尿素浓度、膨胀前温度对粉体粒径的影响。结果表明:所制得粉体为锐钛矿型TiO2晶体,粒径为10纳米左右,并且分散良好。
TiO2 Nanoparticles have been prepared by rapid expansion of hydrothermal system treating the mixed solution of Ti(SO4)2 and urea.Crystal phase,grain size and morphology of as-prepared powders were studied by XRD and TEM techniques.The influence of concentration of Ti(SO4)2 and urea,pressure before rapid expansion were discussed in details.The as-obtained TiO2 Nanoparticles were anatase,well-degree of disprsion and 10 nm in mean grain size.
