摘要
采用BaCO3(用BaCO3替代BaO),Al2O3,SiO2来合成钡长石作烧结助剂制备氮化硅陶瓷,实验表明:理论钡长石的各组分几乎全部转化为钡长石,得到了具有均匀性好、高长径比β-Si3N4晶粒结构的陶瓷,质量分数为70%Si3N4-30% BAS材料不仅具有较好的力学性能和抗热震性,而且在成本上有很大的降低,具有很好的应用前景。
Silicon nitride ceramics were prepared with BaO·Al2O3·2SiO2(BAS), which was synthesised from BaCO3, Al2O3 and SiO2, as a sintering agent. It shows that β- Si3N4 ceramics with a good uniformity and high L/D ratio. The material containing 70 wt% Si3N4 - 30 wt% BAS not only has a good mechanical property and thermal shock resistance, but also greatly lower the production costs, so it has a promising prospect in application.
