摘要
公务员考核制度是国家公务员制度的重要组成部分,当前我国公务员考核制度中还存在许多弊端,在分析我国公务员考核存在的问题的基础上,提出切实可行的完善公务员考核制度的对策建议,以此推进我国公务员考核制度的改革。
The civil servants' examination system is an important part of the system of civil servants .Now there are many malpractices in the civil servants' examination system. On the basis of the analysis about the questions of the civil servants' examination, the writer puts forward some measures and suggestions for consummation of the civil servants' examination system .This will push forward the reform of the civil servants' examination system of our country.
