摘要
通过对阻燃剂的配方优化,研制出了综合性能比传统的环氧树脂覆铜板更好的新一代绿色无卤化覆铜板,产品完全符合环保要求,而且氢氧化铝的添加,大大降低了覆铜板的生产成本。
In this paper,the new type of halogen-free copper clad Laminates(CCL)was prepared after the formulations of recipe designed had been finished.As they have no halogen in their bodies,they are friendly to the environment and the mankind.Their complex properties are better than those of the conventional CCL and the adding of aluminum hydroxide reduces the production cost of CCL.
