摘要
为提高电网供电可靠性,电力系统中广泛使用备用电源自动投入装置。目前运行的该类型装置不论是模拟式还是数字式,大多数还是一种独立的、元件式的装置.本文分析了元件式装置的不足,详细介绍了利用调度自动化SCADA系统采集的数据资源所开发的,综合全网运行信息的智能型备用电源自动投入装置的流程及其备用装置自动投入模块和变压器经济运行模块.该新型装置可以方便地实现电源、变压器等不同形式备用电源的自动投入,还能对变压器的经济运行进行监视.综合全网运行信息的智能型备用电源自动投入装置的采用,不仅提高了动作的准确率,还对提高电网运行的安全性与经济性有一定作用.
The automation switchover device for the auxiliary power supply has been widely used in power systems to enhance the power supply reliability. Now such devices,analog or digital, are still in the isolated component mode. With the analysis of the shortage of the component mode devices ,the intelligence auxiliary power switchover device is presented in detail in this paper. The proposed device is based on the data resource collected by the SCADA system with full network information considered. This device can arrive at the automation switch on for different types of auxiliary power supply, such as the generator and transformer type, and can also provide monitor for the economic operation of transformers. Therefore, the developed device will enhance the accuracy of device operation, and improve the economy and security for power system operation.
