Guangxi is provided with its unique cultural resources. In China's western development, the construction of key sites and planning for key routes and areas should be smoothly linked. The micro and macro environments for its advantageous sightseeing resources should be improved. It is insisted that the combination of unique ethnical minority culture and the popular fashion should be maintained in order to make its culture and custom resources mushroom again. It is stressed that the ethnical tradition and modern creative spirits should be combined and the advantages of Guangxi's culture and art resources should be brought into full play in order realize the equivalent development in culture and economy and make a new leap in the process of Guangxi's prosperity.
