摘要
对纳米SiO2采取丙烯酸乳液原位共聚的方式进行表面修饰改性、得到nm-SiO2丙烯酸共聚乳液;以合成的nm-SiO2丙烯酸共聚乳液与水性丙烯酸色浆进行复配,即可制得适应于织物丝网印染的纳米水性涂料,该涂料既具有绿色环保性,又具有纳米功能性.
Nanometric SiO2 was suface-modified by acrylic acid emulsion in-site co-polymerization to give nm-SiO2 acrylic co-polymerization emulsions. The prepared emulsions were composed with aqueous acrylic color pastes to give the nanometric aqueous pigments suitable for screen dyeing/printing of fabrics. The pigments are of both ecological and nanometric functions.
