摘要
分析了我国目前抗菌药应用的误区,指出应树立正确的药物经济学理念,通过对药物成本和相应效益进行测定和比较,选择成本低、疗效好的最佳治疗方案,合理应用抗菌药。应尽力确定致病原以获得最佳疗效,既顾及病员个体又着眼群体,在疗效相似的前提下,尽量选择价廉的常规药,规范合理用药,讲究成本/效益比。
The article analyzes the current misunderstanding of the application of antibiotics in China, it points out that the correctconception on pharmacoeconomics be established, based on the comparison on drug cost and corresponding benefits, the best therapeutic proposalwith lower cost and better result be selected, antibiotics be rationally used. Try the best to determine pathogenic bacteria to get the best therapeuticeffect, taking care of both the individual patient and the population, try to select cheaper regular drug if the therapeutic effect is similar, rationaldrug use be standardized based on cost- benefit ratio.
