摘要 本试验先在实验室规模取得成膜条件和参数的基础上进行,对761厂电镀车间料液进行工艺试验。结果表明,对含Cu^(2+)100—500ppm 溶液的提取率在90%以上,破乳后的内相Cu^(2+)浓度为10000ppm 可返回生产流程复用。 This paper describes lhe membrane system consisting of LMS—2(surfactant)-N530 (carrier)-Kero sene (solvent)-HCl,which is awater-in-oil type emulsion and is used to extract copper in wastewater.The Cu^(2+) content of feed solution is 100—500 ppm the recoveryof extraction achieves over 90%,The Cu^(2+) concentration of break-down emulsion is 10000 ppm.Experiment were carried out at varyingsurfactant concentrations,treating times of feed,stirring speeds,andvolume ratios of the aqueous phase to membrane emulsion all resultsof experiments are given in figure 2、3、4。
