辊子、轴承、联轴器、齿轮箱是抄纸机的典型部件。它们的运行情况,对工厂的安全稳定运行有重要的影响。因此,通过各种手段对旋转机械进行状态监测和故障诊断,具有极其重要的意义。本文探讨了利用智能技术特别是专家系统来进行旋转机械的时域幅值谱、频域功率谱及倒频谱分析,从而进行故障诊断的方法和途径。
The components consisted of roll, bearings, clutch and gearcase is typical parts in a paper machine. Their running conditions arecritical to the safe and stable operation of the plant. So it is benefiting to monitor and detect rotating machines by all means. This paperexplores the way to analyze the time domain amplitude spectrum , frequency domain power spectrum and inverse frequency spectrum todetect faults with AI technology, especially expert system.
