摘要
供热空调系统运行管网的管段阻力数是进行系统水力工况分析的关键数据。受客观条件限制,很难直接测算出每个管段的阻力数。考虑到管段的流量相对容易测量,本文提出一种将管网中各管段流量和水泵工况点作为已知参数计算管段阻力数的新方法。分析了该算法的原理,讨论了线性方程组的建立过程和存在唯一有效解的条件,并通过算例说明了该方法的有效性。
The pipe resistant value is a key data used for analyzing hydraulic cases of pipeline of heating and air-conditioning system. But it is difficult to measure all pipe resistant values preciously for complex heating and air-conditioning system. Considering the factor that water flow can be easily measured, a new computational method was presented to calculate the pipe resistant values with the pipe water flows and water pump performance parameters. The principle of the computational method was analyzed. Discussion was made if the solution of the linear equations is sole and effective with pipe resistant values as unknown numbers.Finally,the method was proved to be effective by an example.
