摘要
目的 :通过对急性冠脉综合征 (ACS)患者与稳定型心绞痛 (SAP)患者血浆炎症标志物C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素 6 (IL - 6 )水平的对比分析 ,探讨CRP、IL - 6与ACS的关系。方法 :选择ACS患者 5 7例分为急性心肌梗死组 (AMI组 ) 2 1例与不稳定型心绞痛组 (UAP组 ) 36例 ,其中不稳定型心绞痛组患者根据其病情的严重程度按Braunwald分级分成三组 :Ⅰ级 1 1例 ,Ⅱ级 1 0例 ,Ⅲ级 1 5例 ;对照组为稳定型心绞痛患者 4 8例。采用免疫比浊法测定患者血浆CRP水平 ,采用放射免疫分析法测定患者血浆IL - 6水平 ,并进行对比分析。结果 :AMI组和UAP组患者血浆CRP、IL - 6水平均高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,且AMI组和UAP组两组间比较无显著性差异(P >0 .0 5 ) ;各组内CRP、IL - 6水平呈直线正相关 (P <0 .0 1 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :ACS组患者血浆CRP、IL - 6水平显著升高并与疾病的严重程度有关 。
Objective To explore the difference between the plasma C-reactive protein (CRP) and serum interleukin6(IL-6) levels of patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and patients with stable angina pectoris (SAP). Methods Plasma CRP (with immunoturbidometry) and serum IL-6 (with RIA) levels were determined in the following subjects: ① 57 patients with ACS including 21 with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and 36 with unstable angina pectoris (UAP; Braunwald grade Ⅰ 11, grade Ⅱ 10, grade Ⅲ 15), ② 48 patients with stable angina pectoris (SAP) as controls. Results Plasma levels of CRP and serum leael IL-6 in patietns with AMI and patients with UAP were significantly higher than those in the controls ( P <0.01). Differences between the levels of AMI group and UAP group were not significant ( P >0.05). Plasma CRP levels were correlated positively to IL-6 in all these three groups ( r AMI =0.569, r UAP =0.413, r SAP =0.475, P<0.01, P<0.05 ). Conclusion Plasma levels of CRP and IL-6 were higher in patients with ACS, indicating the important role played by inflammation in the pathogenesis.
