针对四支失效的支承辊 ,安钢二轧厂采取了堆焊修复再利用的方法 ,并取得了成功经验 ,可减少60 %的资金投入 ,是降低辊耗的又一新途径。
In order to repair and use the four failed back-up rolls, the second rolling mill plant in Anyang Iron and Steel Stock Co.Ltd,take the welding deposit repairing method. Through this successful method, sixty percent capital, which is invested on back-up roll, can be reduced. The welding deposit repairing is a new way to reduce the consumptions.
