摘要
当代环境问题是全球人类面临的共同难题,如何协调人类与环境的关系,解决环境与发展的矛盾,是当今人类面临的共同问题;从环境伦理角度分析了环境问题产生的深层原因,提出环境法立法目的的改造建议;认为环境法应将维护环境的可持续作为唯一立法目的,抛弃促进经济发展的目的。
Contemporary environmental question is a global common difficult problem that mankind face, how to coordinate the relation between mankind and environment. Solve the contradiction of environment and development,that is nowadays common problem that mankind face to be. This text has analysed the deep reason why the environmental question produces in terms of environmental ethics , Propose environmental law legislative suggestion of transforming of purpose. Thinking environmental law should maintain environment sustainable as the only legislative purpose, abandon the purpose to promote economic development.
