摘要
南宁市公安局原办公大楼拆除爆破环境复杂,工程设计一次起爆雷管1万多发,炸药221kg,安全问题十分突出。经对该工程条件下的爆破震动、倒塌触地冲击震动、空气冲击波及爆破飞石等可能造成的危害进行较深入分析、研究,采取相应的防范措施,使楼房按设计倒塌,确保了毗邻建构筑物和众多公用设施的安全。
In demolishing an office building of Nanning Police bureau, security was an essential porint because 221 kg rock emulsification dynamites distributed in about 10 000 holes was used to blast at one time in the complex business district. Through analyzing and researching the potential damages caused by blasting vibration and collapse quake in this building, blasting skock wave and blasting flying fragments, many preventional measures were taken accordingly to assure the safety of nearby architectures and public services.
