采用陶土质缸瓦管作送风风道的新尝试

摘要 由于某些锅炉房的具体情况,送风机距锅炉主机较远;而此时若采用地上金属送风风道,会造成地面障碍等诸多不便,采用地下金属风道会有腐蚀问题;而采用砖砌水泥抹面地下暗沟作为送风风道,沿程风阻大,风机电耗高。用直埋式缸瓦管作为送风风道,可有效解决上述诸问题。 Owing to specific situation of some boiler houses,a wind conveyer is placed comparatively far from the boiler.In this case,the adoption of aboveground metal wind pipes can give rise to a lot of inconvenience including ground obstacles and underground metal wind pipes can get erosive.The use of underground brick ditch with a layer of cement on the surface for conveying wind is faced with strong wind resistance and high power consumption of wind conveyers.The above-mentioned problems can be solved by using direct buried stoneware pipes as wind pipes.
