摘要
装源机械手是为油田勘探装取放射源服务的。机械手采用工控机作为控制核心部分,由工业控制卡实现信号的I/O。为实现实时控制,采用了VxWorks嵌入式实时操作系统。介绍了机械手的机械系统结构,工控机系统的硬件结构和控制流程的软件设计。
Manipulator for installing radiate substance is used for oil field reconnoitering.The core control part of manipulator is industrial computer,using industry control card to input and output.For real-time control we use VxWorks.The structure of manipulator,the hardware and the software of industry computer design are introduced in this paper.
