摘要
围绕创建“国际花园城市”的目标,结合城市新区建设。以“传承文化、交融情景”为理念和主题,在融汇“山、水、庭、林”推行生态造园等思想指导下营造滨河绿地、景观水系、王城大道50米绿带、王城桥桥头绿地、王城互动立交的景观带,使之成为洛南新区的明珠。
the creation of International Garden City was centered as the creation combining the construction in the new developed area 'Inheriting cultural tradition and fusing emotion with scenery' as the idea and theme. Under the guidance of the thought about merging together 'hill, water, garden and forest' and implementing ecological landscaping. By means of building waterfront greenbelt, the landscape water system, the fifty meters virescent zone, the greenbelt of WangCheng bridge, the landscape zone formed by Wangcheng crossroads to make the community into a bright pearl in the south of Luoyang.
