摘要
以FeSO4 ·7H2 O和NiCl2 ·6H2 O为原料 ,通过新型化学共沉淀法制备了纳米尺寸的NiFe2 O4 粉体 ,利用XRD、TEM等手段研究了其结构特性。NiFe2 O4 是一种新型的P型半导体气敏材料。以NiFe2 O4 纳米粉体为原料制备了烧结型旁热式气敏元件 ,该元件对甲苯具有较高的灵敏度和好的选择性 ,并对气敏机理给予了解释。
NiFe 2O 4 nanoparticles were prepared by chemical co-precipitation with FeSO 4·7H 2O and NiCl 2·6H 2O, and its microstructure are characterized by XRD and TEM analysis. NiFe 2O 4 is a new P-type semiconductor material. The gas sensing properties of NiFe 2O 4 were studied. The investigation demonstrated that the sensors based on NiFe 2O 4 powders had good sensitivity and good selectivity to toluene. The gas sensing mechanism was discussed.
