摘要
该文研究了用于3G波段智能天线波束形成网络中的4位PIN管数字移相器,并采用ADS软件对PIN管模型的正反特性进行仿真分析,采用分析结果设计了α°(22.5°、45°、90°、180°等)相移的3分贝定向耦合器式移相器,并考虑了电容器件对相移的影响。最后对级联形成的4位数字移相器的进行了仿真,在主要性能指标方面均获得了满意结果。
The paper has brought forward a 3G band 4-bit PIN diode digital phase shifter. This phase shifter is used in the beam-forming network of smart antenna. The positive-negative characteristic of PIN diode model is simulated and analyzed with ADS software. Then the 3dB directional coupler phase shifter of α°(22.5°、45°、90°、180°and etc)is designed, with the consideration that the capacitor element has effect on phase shifter to some extend. However, the paper presents simulation results of a cascading 4-bit digital phase shifter, showing that main performances will match the practice application very well.
