向心透平蜗壳内流动的实验与数值研究 被引量:2

摘要 应用热线单斜丝探针对矩形截面轴向对称蜗壳内速度场进行了测量分析,并基于三维N S方程组,采用分块结构化网格,用数值计算的方法模拟了此蜗壳内气体的流动,湍流模型采用Baldwin Lomax代数模型。结果表明:计算得到的通流速度无论在数值大小上、还是在径向和周向分布趋势上都与实验结果一致;轴向速度在轴向上的分布趋势相近,但数值存在较大差别。 The velocity field in an axial symmetric spiral shaped casing with rectangular cross-section was measured and analyzed with the help of an anemometer's probe with a single slanting hot wire. The gas flow in the spiral casing was moreover simulated by numerical calculation with a set of 3-dimensional N-S equations, in sections, by a structuralized network. For the turbulent model Baldwin-Lomax algebraic models were used. The calculated velocities agreed well with those obtained by testing, not only in respect to their magnitude, but also in their radial and circumferential distribution trend; while the axial distribution trend of the axial velocities were similar too, but with a larger discrepancy in magnitude.
