论述了铁路多元化经营企业实行公司制改造适应了经济市场不断发展的趋势,分析了实行公司制的准备工作和具体途径,提出了实行公司制需要妥善解决和处理好的几个关系。
This paper discusses that practicing the company system transformati on in railway diversified enterprises is suitable to the developing tendency of economic market, analyses on the preparation works and concrete ways for practic ing the company system, and advances several relations that should be resolved a nd treated well in the courses of practicing the company system.
