摘要
介绍了信息素质的内涵,通过对大学生信息素质的现状分析,提出了网络环境下培养和提高高校学生信息素质的有效措施,包括构筑科学的信息素质教育内容体系,提高馆员信息素质,充分发挥图书馆的用户教育职能等。
This paper introduces the connotation of the information quality, an d through analyzing the present situation of university students' information qu ality, puts forward some effective measures for cultivating and improving univer sity students' information quality, including constructing the scientific inform ation quality education content system, improving librarians' information qualit y, and giving full play to library's users education function, etc.
