摘要
分析了环己醇装置加氢催化剂流失的原因。结果表明 :搅拌器转速、催化剂浓度、催化剂界面是影响催化剂流失的主要原因 ,催化剂的再生、劣化也是影响催化剂流失的原因。工艺优化条件 :反应温度 135℃ ,压力为 4 .5MPa ,搅拌器转速 12 5r/min ,催化剂浓度 1.5 % ,催化剂界面 6 0 %~ 70 %。
The main causes of bleeding of hydrogenation catalyst are analyzed. The result shows that rotation speed of agitator and the concentration and interface of catalyst are the major causes and the catalyst regeneration and deterioration are also the cause. The optimal process conditions are as follows: reaction temperature 135℃,pressure 4.5MPa,agitator rotation speed 125r/min,catalyst concentration 1.5%, catalyst interface 60%~70%. The effect after optimization is remarkable.
