高压电网超短期负荷预测的软件研究

摘要 在研究了EMS、面向对象技术,数据库技术和网络技术的最新发展的基础上,阐述了超高压电网负荷预测软件的设计思想及具体实现,从而实现了负荷预测理论在实际中的应用。文章首先就EMS负荷预测软件的总体设计思想、数据库的建立以及与SCADA数据库接口连接进行阐述,然后详细的论述了负荷预测的数学建模、计算结果存储等方法。所阐述的方法同样适用于潮流计算,短路电流计算,网络重构等重要功能。 The design and the implementation of the load forecasting software for the vltrahigh voltage network is depicted on the base of the research on EMS, Object-Oriented Programming technology, database technology and network technology. Thus the theory of the load forecasting for the vltrahigh voltage network is applied in the practice. First in this paper discussed are the overall design thinking, the database building and the interface linking with the SCADA database. Then the paper expatiates the math modeling, network connection analyzing and the computing result storage in the load forecasting. The method depicted in the paper is also hold true to the power flow calculation, the state estimation, the short circuit current calculation and the network reconfiguration.
