摘要
基于Z12V190B型高速四冲程柴油机工作过程优化的结果 ,设计出应用于该机型的新型柱塞。进行了新柱塞和原柱塞喷油泵油耗对比试验 ,得出新型柱塞喷射系统的正常工作性能 ,表明达到设计要求 ,为柴油机节能奠定了基础。
Based on optimization result of the combustion of Z12V190B high speed four-stroke diesel engine, new type plunger piston used on this diesel engine is designed and an experiment on oil rate between new plunger piston and old one is compared. lt proves that work performance of new type plunger piston ejection system is normal and it meets design requires, and provides the conditions of diesel engine saving energy.
