摘要
目的 探讨鼓膜镜在鼓膜成形术中的临床应用价值。方法 局部麻醉下 ,利用Olympus产直径 2 7mm、0度鼓膜镜及直径 1 7mm、30度鼓室镜与及视频设备 ,在电视监视下观察了 2 1例慢性中耳炎病人及 2例外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者的鼓室结构 ,并进行鼓膜成形术。结果 在 2 3例鼓膜成形术中 ,2 2例痊愈 ,手术成功率为 95 7%。结论 鼓膜镜视野宽阔 ,分辨率高、亮度好 ,操作简单、易行 ,配合图像监视系统能获得清晰放大的图像 ,手术成功率高 ,在鼓膜成形术中有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the application of tele-otoscope in myringoplasty.Method Tele-otoscope(0° 2.7mm and 30° 1.7mm)and video sets were used.Observed on TV monitor,the constructions of middle ears of 21 patients with chronic media otitis and 2 patients with perforated tympanic membrane were examined and myringoplasty in these ears were performed.Result Among 23 ears,22 were cured.The rate of cure was 95.7%.Conclusion Tele-otoscope provides a clear view field of middle ear and,with TV monitor system,pictures of real time and amplification can be watched during operation.So tele-otoscope is a simple,effective method for myringoplasty.
