摘要
用化学镀方法制备出Ni Co W P合金电极 ,测量了其在 1mol/LNaOH溶液中的阴极极化曲线并研究了其析氢电催化活性。试验表明 ,在相同的电流密度下 ,Ni Co P ,Ni W P和Ni Co W P合金电极的析氢过电位较Fe电极降低 ,其中Ni Co W P的析氢过电位降低约 2 30mV ,XRD试验显示其镀层为非晶态。并进一步测试了其在 7mol/LKOH中的连续电解曲线。结果表明 :Ni Co W P合金电极比Ni Co P ,Ni W P合金电极具有更好的析氢电催化活性和电化学稳定性 ,有利于降低槽压 。
Nickel-cobalt-tungsten-phosphorus alloy was prepared by electroless plating on ferrous electrode,and its electrocatalytic behavior of hydrogen evolution was studied by cathodic polarization curve in 1 mol/L NaOH solution.The experiments show that hydrogen evolution overpotentials of Ni-Co-P,Ni-W-P and Ni-Co-W-P electrodes are lower than ferrous electrode of which the potential of Ni-Co-W-P electrode drops 230mV at the same current density.The element composition and crystal structure of alloy plating were evaluated by SEM and XRD analyses.The electroless alloy plating is amorphous with silver bright and compact.The alloy also shows good stability in 7 mol/L KOH solution.Ni-Co-W-P alloy has high catalytic activity and stability than Ni-Co-P or Ni-W-P,and can reduce bath voltage and energy loss in the electrolysis production of sodium chloride.
