摘要
伴随着我国积极准备举办北京2008年奥运会进程,以弘扬奥林匹克理想为核心和以"人文奥运"为主要理念的奥运热潮正在中国各地掀起。青年大学生是奥林匹克运动的主体,通过奥林匹克运动教育,可以培养大学生顽强的意志品质,使他们成为品德、心智和体质全面发展的人,促进他们的全面发展、使青年人在体育运动中走向完善,这是奥林匹克运动教育所追求的核心价值。为此,高校奥林匹克运动教育应以奥林匹克知识教育、奥林匹克的思想教育和奥林匹克精神教育为主要内容,从而推动奥林匹克运动在我国高校广泛、深入的传播和发展。
As actively preparing for the holding process of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, the development of Olympic movement in China is being an upsurge periods that emphasize on developing the Olympic ideals as the core of the Olympic movement. The students in college and university are the main bodies of Olympic movement, Through the education of Olympic movement, it can cultivating the strong mind character, and make them the all-round developing persons that moral character, will and physical fitness, and to perfect the youth persons going in for physical activities, that is the value orientation of Olympic movement education seek for. So, the education of Olympic movement in college and university students is main contents the Olympic knowledge, Olympic ideological, Olympic sprits, to promote a wide, further spreading and developing the Olympic movement in college and university.
