摘要
我国违宪审查制度的特点和内容决定了其自身有一定的缺陷。因此 ,我们必须重新阐释有关的宪法理论 ,建立专门的违宪审查机构 ,并完善有关的法律制度。
The characteristics and content of our review institution about violation of the constitution lead to certain limitations.Therefore,it is necessary to reexplain the concerned theories of the constitution and at the same time set up the special review institution,perfecting the legal institution concerned.
