摘要
目的 :通过实验研究养血调经口服液中芍药苷的含量测定方法 ,确保制剂质量。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法测定养血调经口服液中主药白芍有效成分芍药苷含量。结果 :该方法稳定 ,可靠。其中芍药苷的平均回收率为 10 0 .4 4 %(RSD=1.6 5 % )。结论 :该方法可作为本制剂质量控制方法。
Objective: To determine the quantity of paeoniflorin in Yangxue Tiaojing Koufuye.Methods:Apply macroporous resin to eluant of water and alcohol(10% and 40%)in order.analysis paeoniflorin by HPLC.Results:The study indicated that the method is sensitive ,reproducible and proprietary.The average recovery was 100.44%(RSD=1.65%) for paeoniflorin.Conclusion:The method can be used as quantity standard of Yangxue Tiaojing Koufuye.
