摘要
教师德育素质包括良好的个性素养、诚挚的师爱、较高的威信、对群体心理的了解、对德育模式的掌握等几方面。多数教师虽然知道这几个方面,但很少探究这些素质所起的作用及其机制,往往影响了德育的实效性。本文试图从社会心理学角度对教师的这些德育素质要求作一番分析。
The teacher' s morality and ethics qualities consist of good personal qualities,honest love of his students,popular trust,understanding of the psychology of his colleagues and students,a nd mastery of morality and ethics pattern,etc.Most teachers,though they may k now the content of these qualities,r arely probe into their functions,which,on the other hand,affect the effectiveness of morality and ethics education.This article analyses the need o f these qualities for a teacher from the angle of social psychology.
