摘要
产品缺陷与质量不合格是两个具有不同法律意蕴的概念。本文试图通过对以上两个概念的分析与比较，阐述我国产品质量法中有关产品缺陷规定中存在的矛盾；同时透视立法者关于产品责任的立法思考，并评述有关学者对产品缺陷的一些基本观点。
Product defect and unqualified product are two different concepts in law. By analysing and comparing these two concepts, I want to illustrate the contradictions in the definition of product defect in our country's into the law maker's thoughts about product liablity. In addition, I'll remark on some viewpoints on product defect given by some scholars.
