摘要
当前，我国农村剩余劳动力规模极大而素质偏低，且转移速度缓慢。本文对我国农村剩余劳动力转移速度缓慢的原因作一简要分析，并就如何加速农村剩余劳动力转移的问题做探讨性研究。
At present, there are too many labors with poor quality in the country, and low transformation. The paper analyzes briefly the reason of transferring surplus rural labor at a leisurely pace ,and studies how to promote transformation of the surplas rural labor
