摘要
采用响应面回归分析法对血红蛋白水解液脱除血红素过程的蛋白收率进行优化,研究沉淀pH值、脱色pH值和活性炭用量3因素对脱色血红蛋白水解液蛋白收率的影响,并建立了蛋白收率的数学模型。
Response surface analysis method was used to optimize protein yield during separating Haem from hydrolyzed Haemoglobin liquid. According to the effects of depositing pH, discoloring pH and active carbon dosage on protein yield of discolored hydrolyzed Haemoglobin, the mathematic model of protein yield was built.
