摘要
C30 6型低压甲醇合成催化剂在入塔之前过滤 ,使粉尘尽量去除。耐火铝球采用中铝球以保证其使用强度。列管内装C30 6型催化剂 30 15m3 ,绝热层装填催化剂 1 2 3m3 ,在系统置换合格的前提下 ,开始催化剂的升温还原工作 ,采用低氢还原方法 ,以还原出水率来控制还原进度。应用结果表明 ,催化剂机械强度高、工况适应性强 ,还原容易 ,操作简便 ;低温活性好 ,温区宽 ,性能稳定 ;选择性能好 ,粗甲醇中杂质含量少 ;催化剂还原收缩率低 。
C306 type catalyst for synthesis of methanol at lower pressure should be sieved by griddle before filled into column in order to remove the powder. Middle sized fireproof aluminum ball is used to ensure the applying strength. The pipes are loaded with 20.15 m^(3) C306 type catalyst, of which 2.13 m^(3) catalyst is loaded in adiabatic layer. After the system is replaced and qualified to the request, temperature reduction of the catalyst can be carried out by means of low hydrogen method and the reduction rate can be controlled by reductive dewatering rate. The application results show that the catalyst has advantages of high mechanic strength, excellent flexibility, convenient reduction and simple operation, good activity at low temperature, wide temperature range, stable performance, and better selectivity. The content of impurities in coarse methanol low, and the reductive shrinkage of the catalyst is small, therefore the effective space of the methanol synthesis column is exerted sufficiently.
