摘要 合成了甲烷磺酸亚铈,用热重和红外对其进行表征。并以甲烷磺酸亚铈为催化剂,研究其催化氯乙酸与异丙醇酯化反应中各种地酯化率的影响。反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比1 1∶1,催化剂用量1 0%(以酸的摩尔数计),反应时间2 5h,反应温度80~85℃,环己烷2 5ml为带水剂,酯化率可达98 6%。其催化活性远远高于SnCl4·5H2O、CeCl3·7H2O等其它Lewis酸催化剂。反应后甲烷磺酸亚铈经过简单的相分离就可重复使用,用甲烷磺酸亚铈催化合成其它氯乙酸酯,酯化率均在98 0%以上。 Cerous methanesulfonate, which ws used as the catalyst in the esterification of chloroacetic acid with isopropanol. was synthesized and characterized by TGA and FTIR. Various factors that affected the esterification have been investigated. Under the condition of 1.1/1 molar ratio of isopropanol to chloroacetic acid, 1.0% catalyst (molar percent of chloroacetic acid),2.5?h reaction time,temperature 80~85?℃, 2.5?ml cyclohexane as water-carrying agent,the esterification yield of isopropyl chloroacetate reaches 98.6%. Compared with stannic chloride, cerous chloride,and other Lewis acids,the catalyti activity of cerous methanesulfonate is the best. And the cerous methanesulfonate an be reused by simple phase-separation.Cerous methanesulfonate can be used as the catalyst in synthesizing other chloroacetate, the yield is over 98.0%
