摘要
目的 :了解郑州市中老年人群单纯性肥胖相关因素。方法 :对 15 4例参加健康体检人员测量身高、体重、腰围、生化指标 ,采用问卷调查的方法询问其健康状况、生活方式、食物摄入频率和摄入量等 ,按体质指数 (BMI)≥2 8作为肥胖标准 ,将调查对象分成肥胖组和非肥胖组 ,用单因素分法和非条件Logistic回归分析方法分析肥胖相关因素。结果与结论 :性别、每d脂肪摄入量与中老年肥胖有关。为预防和控制肥胖应减少总热能的摄入量。
Aim: To study relative factors of dietary obesity in middle and old residents in Zhengzhou.Methods:A total of 154 cases who took part in the healthy physical examination were investigated for height, weight, waist circumference, and some biochemistry indexes. And the health condition,life ways, food frequency and intakes were quested by using food frequency questionnaire. A total of 154 cases were divided into obesity group and non-obesity group according to body mass index(BMI≥28) randomly.To analyze relative factors of dietary obesity, group t-test for independent-sample and χ 2-test were used in simple factor analysis. Logistic regression analysis was used in multi-factors analysis. Results and Conclusion: Simple t-test, χ 2-test and multi-factors analysis (logistic regression) showed that dietary obesity was significantly associated with intakes of total energy, protein, and fat (P<0.05). Intakes of total energy, protein, and fat are risk factors of dietary obesity. Intakes of total energy should be reduced in order to prevent and control dietary obesity.
