用同一株系来源的自交不亲和系材料271、211研究表明:其自交不亲和性对温度敏感,花期日均温在10~17℃范围内,自交和兄妹交亲和指数分别为0.12~0.46和0.18~0.73,在17℃左右的夏播条件下群体严格自由授粉亲和指数为0.49~0.59;花期日均温上升到21℃左右,其自交、兄妹交亲和指数则分别上升到1.22~1.46和1.49~1.78,在此温度下群体严格隔离自由授粉亲和指数高达3.10~3.83,相应杂交种制种异交率(杂种纯度)为53.4%~74.2%,而在10.9~13.9℃的秋播条件下制种,其异交率可达到82.4%~86.7%。
The study with one line derived self-incompatibile Hue No.271, 211 indicates that the self-incompatibility was sensible to temperature.Under the condition of daily average temperature ranging from 10℃to 17℃for flowering season the compatibility index were 0.12-0.46 and 0.18-0.73 for self-fertilization and sisterline fertilization, respectively, while at around 17℃ in the Summer seeding season, the compatibility index for strict self-pollenization was 0.40-0.59. When the temperature increased to 21℃ in flowering period,the compatibility indices of selfing and sistee line fertilization rose to 1.22-1.46 and 1.49-1.78 separately, and moreover, the index for complete random fertilization in the isolated environment amounted to as much as 3.10-3.83, and the hybrid composition (hybrid purity) was about 53.4%-74.2%. Nevertheless, in the Fall seeding season with the temperature at 10.9-13.9℃, the hybrid purity could reach therage of 82.4%-86.7%.
