摘要
将试验设计和板料冲压成型数值模拟技术相结合,利用正交试验设计技术建立板料冲压成型有限元仿真试验方案,根据成型极限图的破裂极限建立铝合金板料拉深成型能力评价标准,用LS-DYNA3D板料冲压成型仿真软件对杯形件拉深进行模拟,研究材料参数的变化对铝合金板料冲压成型性能的影响,并确定最佳的材料参数组合方式.
The orthogonal design of experiment, in conjunction with numerical simulation of sheets metal forming, is used to lay an experimental scheme of numerical simulation using the software LS-DYNA3D. A performance index of aluminium alloy sheets deep drawing has been built based on forming limit diagram. The effects of material parameters on the formability of deep drawing are mainly discussed, and the optional parameters of aluminium alloy sheets are confirmed.
